Return Policy
 

• For 100% refund of an artwork being returned from outside of Canada, the return must be made within 60 days (sixty), following the purchase.

• For 100% refund of an artwork being returned from within Canada, the return must be made within 45 days (forty five), following the purchase.

• The costs for shipping and handling will not be refunded.
   

Conditions for the refund of the artwork

• The artwork must be in perfect re-selling condition.

• The artwork shippers used to return the canvas must be of superior quality and have thick soft foam pillows (just like the one used by the artist when shipping the artwork to the customer).

• If the artwork is returned damaged, the refund will not occur.

• The artwork must be returned via FedEx, UPS, or any other service of the same nature.
